The Daniel Clarke Foundation (ABN 65 679 392 936) assists children with Athetoid Cerebral Palsy (within Australia only) by way of funding specialised services and equipment required for their care.
The foundation is named after Daniel Clarke who himself has Athetoid Cerebral Palsy (ACP) and whose family has struggled both physically and emotionally to provide for their son’s condition.
The Daniel Clarke Foundation provides funding by way of;
- Equipment that is sourced by the foundation and loaned to the children until such time as it is either no longer required or the child has outgrown it.
- Services are provided by way of the service organisation invoicing the foundation directly via a pre-approved process on an individual client basis.
- Or, as determined with the approval of the Board of Directors and in accordance with the foundations constitution.
